Previews & Event Snaps for Game Over 4 @ Giant Robot San Francisco (March 4 launch)
People ask me "What sort of video games you play?" and my answer is inevitably "None.", as my sole reason is the abject lack of eye-hand-coordination in general (no matter how much Super Mario or Sonic I used to play), and that basically sets the story straight! …Or perhaps playing more video games might set that right? With that I have no idea otherwise, but nevertheless really enjoy the "idea" of a video game, a construct of an artificial world for folks to live out their wildest fantasies, no?
GAME OVER VI sees a slew of folks (probably unlike myself) interpreting their fav video games unto art pieces and exhibiting them at Giant Robot San Francisco, launching March 4th. We posted a artwork preview here before from Kinuko, and now here is a series of event-snaps above (from GR SF Facebook), as well other swell previews in the slideshow below ~*Enjoy*
