Online Viral for The Dark Knight Rises Begins & The Reveal of Tom Hardy as "Bane"
From SuperHeroHype we get news of the launch of TheDarkKnightRises.com - which in turns feature an audio-file with "chanting" - which has since been deducted to be the word "#thefirerises" - which then leads to a twitter account @thefirerise - which points to a website at http://www.thedarkknightrises.com/image.html - where various tweets about "#thefirerises" around the world is shown being represented via mosiac-squares.
I have no doubt once the page is filled up (based on tweets) to a certain amount, an image will be revealed (currently it looks to be a muscle person's body, no?), with a clue pointing to the next aspect of the viral campaign for the third Batman movie from director Christopher Nolan and starring Christian Bale, in "The Dark Knight Rises" [IMDb-listing]. Yes, it begins!
UPDATED: The image has since been revealed to be Tom Hardy as "Bane"!
Aside (and I am sure this might be old news by now) but I just spotted a listing for "Young Ra's Al Ghul" played by actor Josh Pence - which looks quite like Liam Neeson, doesn't he? Gimme my Lazarus Pit now! Gimme Talia!
