What is it's story?
inspector cumulus is surrounded with smoke in his face which makes us curious what he really look like...even the murderer want to know what his face...so he use a fan to uncover what insp cumulus looks like behind his smoke shape head.. note:because I don't know what insp cumulus look like, so I use my imagination of what he look like..if you know what he look like behind that smoke shape head please let me know :)
