Right this moment, Preview Night for San Diego Comic Con (www) has started not too long ago, and images of the Con-floor and booth displays are popping up all over tweeter and Facebook - to which I am utterly grateful for (to "enjoy alongside the "madness" of folks present) - and which I've snagged a select few for peeps at the slideshow below. I am sure more to appear soon (hopefully folks are not too beat to post more snaps), and am sure loads of toy-peeps out there are posting about brand new designs and prototypes as well. But no, this is about BOOTHS - so enjoy away!

So exactly what is "Preview Night"?
Essentially it is a few hours into the night before the launch of the event to the public - opened to "invited guests" and internal industry folks to peruse the convention first, and as well score whatever it is they need to score, as the next fews days at the Con is supposed to be relentlessly busy. A great time for media to cover booths without the hassle of packed fans (that cut-away is for B-rolls the next day lol). A lot of releases are now geared toward releases on Preview Night other than when the doors open to the general public the morning afters.
