Custom-Feature: Lotus Vale by Daniel Yu

I've posted a teaser snap of the custom-Playmobil from Daniel Yu for the Hell Lotus Art Show, and today we get to have a closer look at the dioramic piece in full - for which I have a gnawing feeling is a commentary on Singapore's ridiculously high-rising property rates LOL - but it does not seem the case:

"I wanted to do an homage piece to the hell lotus and felt a romanesque statue would be apt. The hand gesture is the latin gesture of benediction; a sign of blessing once used in the church. the type on the back roughly translates to long live death." ~shares Daniel.
