His name is "Iggy", and he is designed by JC Rivera, sculpted by Scott Wetterschneider and painted by Adam Pratt. Yes, he is the Instagram-logo made toy figurine (I last featured him HERE). These are limited edition hand-made prototypes enroute to the folks at Instagram, and are not for sale = *GASP*
