Blackbook Toy @ #STGCC2016
Japanese toy producer and retailer Blackbook Toys’ returns to Singapore for the recent STGCC2016 (Sept 10-11, 2016), and gave fans a hella showing, with the production and custom pieces featured on TOYSREVIL, and as well upcoming collectibles!
On display was the fantastic looking “Joker” colorway of Ron English’s EVIL MC (Oct release), and as well the GID edition of KISS MY ASS (scheduled for Early Nov release). Mr.12 from COOKone (featured), Jeff Soto’s NEKOFUKUROU - GID Night Edition (SGD$130 / Early-Oct release) and MOUSE MURPHY ON AN AIRPLANE “Autumn Stealth Mode” (Early Nov release - to match the Big Boner!) were also previewed, with ALL available for pre-orders!
All quite a thrill for me personally tho, to be able to see them upfront and even hold/touch them, versus just blogging about them in the virtual world … and one day, I wish I would able to afford them! I won a Deathshead and a Big Boner, and they are pretty darn awesome collectibles with schweet finishing, so it’ll be a real treat one day… one day!
