JOHNNY by Futura x Pop Life Global for San Diego Comic Con 2019 Debut
Pop Life Global announces the San Diego Comic Con debut of the "JOHNNY" art toy by Futura of Futura Laboratories (*Venturing beyond the new clothing imprint). The 10-inch tall vinyl figure features an abstract take on the renown artist’s signature characters, with this piece priced at US$150, and available via the MINDstyle booth #5145 at this week's San Diego Comic Con 2019 (18-21 July).

With Futura "returning" in force into the art scene recently ("Constellation" show in Singapore), and the long-awaited release of his character collectibles, it is pretty excitable (to me) to finally have a "Futura-collectible" that is reasonably affordable, IMHO. I've only ever owned a few 100% BE@RBRICKS myself ("Johnny" looks to be comfortably part of the squad, innit?), so goodness like these till keeps the "dream to own a Futura in my lifetime" is alive and thriving LOL
