"Starscream & Hutch" is an amalgam of two properties: The Deception "Starscream" from Transformers, while "Hutch" is part of the 70's police buddy-cop television series "Starsky and Hutch" (best known for their car ... damn but I LOVED that car), played by David Soul. "Starsky & Hutch" was also remade as a 2004 film directed by Todd Phillips. The film stars Ben Stiller as David Starsky and Owen Wilson as Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson ... but without a doubt THIS toy-incarnation of Hutch is drenched in that 70s' flavah with a urban "Han-Solo"-vibe :)
