"The Black Hole" Collectibles by Diamond Select Toys (Seen @ #SDCC2019)
With the recent news that Disney's 1979 "The Black Hole" is being released on Blu-ray as part of the Disney Movie Club, which bloody-disgusting.com reported is exclusive only to Disney Movie Club members, with an expected August release (Don't worry, you can still buy it as a DVD on Amazon for US$6.00 :p).
Perhaps news help fuel bog-visits to THIS 2009 post, where MINDstyle was producing V.I.N.CENT as a Vinyl Toy! Not so ironically debuting at San Diego Comic-Con 2009 ...

A decade later, we see brand NEW collectibles on display from Diamond Select Toys San Diego Comic Con 2019 - featuring "MAXIMILLIAN" (the red robot), "V.I.N.CENT" and "B.O.B." (the damaged robot) - coming in with plenty of (re)attachments parts, Disney Select's BLACK HOLE figure assortment has a SRP of US$29.99 for Winter 2020 release.
Featured up top is the "VINIMATE 2-PK". featuring stylised versions of both Max and Vincent priced at US$19.99 (Winter 2020).
I am wholly unsure of the sizes of the figures, except for this sole group pic from ToyArk showing Maximillian standing next to what-I-assume-to-be 6"-7" action figures? Sucks that I cannot see these in person though :p
WHAT-IS: "The Black Hole is a 1979 science-fiction film. It is notable for two reasons, being the first Disney film to be rated "PG" and one of the first Disney films to feature CGI. The film was first titled Space Station One." (disney.fandom.com)(Display pics originally via @collectdst / (Additional snaps by @coheteboy).
