"In Mexico, my country, we honor the dead on November 1 and 2. Our loved ones who have already left come to visit us. There are people who die with minor sins, they don't go directly to heaven, they need to purify themselves in a place called Purgatory. The souls of the dead live in that place. To save them, we must pray for them to go to heaven so we can find them again someday.

My design “Ánima” is inspired by my belief that there is life after death, that's why it glows in the dark, the fire lights its way to heaven, the flowers are an offering and the word AMEN, means "So be it", it’s because I am sure that if I pray for those souls someday I will find them again."
