Surrenders Five Tomenosuke exclusive "Stevia" by Mirock Toy (For July 27 Drop)
And so I am trying to make sense of WHO or WHAT exactly is "Surrenders Five" by Mirock Toy, with this 5-piece set produced by Tomenosuke ... which essentially consists of a main character, and his accessories - including a "Shiba Inu" (based on Dustin Henderson's pet "Dart the Demodog" on Netflix's "Stranger Things", with his nametag spelt "Eleven"), a "walkie-talkie" (oft seen in "Stranger Things"), with a detachable "nursing bottle", and the "mask" seen on the album cover of Herbie Hancock's "Head Hunters".
Oh and the 155mm tall sofubi character is named "Five" (or is it "Stevia"?), and is the 5th member in Yohei Kaneko's Buddha-image(d) squad "Surrender"... Or I might be totally mis-interpreting the (Google) translation on this blog-entry, and you could just ignore me and head straight to the sales info...
In an edition size of only 12 pieces for each color (gasp), "Surrenders Five Tomenosuke exclusive "Stevia" by Mirock Toy" is priced at 23,100 JPY (about US$210.00) - launching for preorders starting the coming Tuesday July 27th at midnight / 23:59 (JST) online via tome-international.stores.jp (international online store), to be delivered circa end of November.
