Nathan Hamill's BORIS The Raccoon launches @ Meltdown Comics, Sunset Blvd (July 17)
U1 Toy Arts' first offering from Nathan Hamill's PICNIC LAND series introduces BORIS The Raccoon to the masses on July 17th at Meltdown Comics, Sunset Blvd in Hollywood (7-10pm) - including a chance to acquire one-of-a-kind Boris figures from artists such as Joe Benitez, Joe Ledbetter, Steven J. Daily, Nathan Spoor, Michelle Valigura, Nate Van Dyke, amanda Visell and many others (click on banner-ad). Featuring a sculpt by Dave Kawano (prototype last seen on TRE in April) - currently no price has been mentioned for the 2.5 inch tall rotocast vinyl raccoon.
FYI: In addition to being distributed by DKE Toys - Boris will also be made available at Tired Girl Collective's table in the Small Press Pavilion at this year's San Diego Comic Con. (@ Table M07 / between aisles 1600-1700).
