SKULLHEAD-DUNNY

Dropping on March 24 is Huck Gee's 8" Skullhead Dunny from Kidrobot. Limited to 650 pieces worldwide and priced at US$80 per, we last saw a variation of this design as a GID for SDCC. Always somehow interesting to see a Dunny sans "ears". [via KRonikle]

And yet another Tomorrow King in 1/6th to be released by ThreeA Toys on March 11th, featuring "Seven Bone" WASABI in the TK Classics line (the pre-order has since been closed after a day being listed online).. But this dude sports tattoos and chucks, so I reckon this'll go down well with folks egging for some 3A-action, and as well team-builders who will yet add another TK to their ever-expanding clone army, innit? As for folks who are tired of multiple releases, you can choose not to purchase these innit? Hey, everybody wins! LOL

US$80 per figure is actually pretty darn decent for this quality of toy-releases at this day and age, so things are good for the collector ~ which ultimately matters, innit? But of course if you did miss out on the "Oya Interlopers" randomly listed, I can't help you there!

While no "anniversary" celebrations are in effect, Rotofugi launches "Toasted Tuesday" with the release yet again of "Toasted Marshalls" featuring custom paints on 64Colors' creations! While stocks last priced at US$15 per bagged and header-tagged via Rotofugi.com.

US$50 will score you this 14" tall plush Foo Dog Creature soft doll. And only 2 pieces in stock too! Available online via http://missmonster.bigcartel.com.

ODIN-HOTTOYS-01

We first saw the silver-screen rockstar THOR being adapted unto 1/6th-scale by Hot Toys, next witness the toy-power of Lord ODIN in 1/6!, the second of the figures based on the Marvel movies to be announced! (Please please give us Loki eventually). Featuring an exceptional headsculpt likeness of Anthony Hopkins (purist might cry they finally can do their Hannibal Lector-homage figure, but with an eye-patch ;p) as Thor's daddy-Norse God, donning Valhalla's warrior-finest, fit to grace the Golden Halls, or sumsuch pleasantries, in-obvious-lieu of a lack of product- text from HT themselves, I dare present this for thee considerations ... Now here be sum fancy studio pics, yo!

ODIN-HOTTOYS-04

Posted above is the 1/6-adaptation of a videogame character showcasing a mask and dark-camo wear that looked as amazing, even tho I do not play videogames (much less "Resident Evil"). Hot Toys is doing well with their Biohazard 5: Jill Valentine (Battle Suit Version) Collectible Figure update, methinks! (See what else she wore initially).

lone-goon-touma

Interesting be this spotted Wonderwall 8" Lone Goon by Touma with a price-tag of TW$1800/pc at Monster Taipei, with an April release schedule. The figure sees a combo of his previous two Goons, with Lone sporting the cropped-horns and sharp-beak. Haven't heard from Wonderwall in a long time tho.

Mr Paint by Ian Stevenson was actually launched at Christie’s Fine Art Auction House in London, mind of October 2010 (in conjunction with art gallery Concrete Hermit.) Shown here is the Green Edition, limited to 10 pieces and available for £100 per via http://www.ianstevenson.co.uk

Measuring diameter 7.6 cm and height 13.5 cm ~ the figure is sculpted by Matt Jones, hand resin cast and hand painted by Ian Stevenson. Each piece comes boxed and with signed/numbered certificate of authenticity.

Currently distributed by DKE Toys, shown above is the 4 1/2" tall Bacteria Morada vinyl figure is the first Mexican kaiju created by ALIMANA and CIEROMUC (with Art created by Mark Nagata). Limited to 250 pieces the colorway shown above with a SRP of US$30 per, as well there are a couple other colorways seen on Cieromuco's FB album, of the figures release in 2009.

The blog doesn't seen a whole lot of release-news on Super7 products, well simply because we are not in the loop. So if you had missed out on the Super7 x Datarock Data Rock diamond-figure, then this news is just right for you :)

Adorable be these series of figures from Uamou, featuring Grape and Lame Fortune Uamous (1,000 Yen each), was well a trio of Wedding Uamous found here, which no doubt is a boon for toy-fanatics waiting to get hitched, no?
