threezero Announces License for RoboCop

Spotted on the threezero Facebook page is this teaser image of sweetness that which is "ED-209", and the following text:

"Time to lift a curtain a bit and show what we have cooking for you in 2014! We are proud and excited to announce that we have acquired the license to make figures from new RoboCop movie, which is hitting the screens early next year.

Today, we want to show you the teaser of ED-209, produced by Omni Consumer Products and which definitely won the sympathies of many, who saw the original movie back in the day.

We will be making ED-209 in 1/6th scale and it will blow you away (no pun intended)!"

Given that threezero has been known for their exceptional work and mecha builds for 3A Toys (for which owner Kim is a principal in), this bodes exceedingly well for fans for a sweet build, IMHO. Here's a teaser peek at the humongous ED-209 from the movie, looking like it's 1/6th-scaled too!
