Interestingly, the dates on the base "1813", "1870" and "1914" were used in reference to "The Iron Cross" (culminating in a book) and also in a historical context in reference to the War Over Holland. As for the exact relevance and usage in this "resin cross" base - I am not smart enough to decipher it LOL
