CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #10 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring the UNBOX IN BLACK EDITION of WINSON MA'S MAZOMGER, that was apart of the "Unbox In Black" series of releases... this week's placing possibly the result of the latest colorway MazomgerZ (seen below)?

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #9 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring the OFFICIAL TRAILER & POSTER for MARVEL STUDIOS’ GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3 = A film which I only just watched a couple days ago too! As much as I enjoyed it, I place in in third place, right after Vol.1 and Vol.2. The trailers and spots (over)hyped it up so much tho ... although I'd also admit I'd been spoilt multiple times on YT, before I watched the film in it's entirety, so the allure had faded by then... pity. As soppy a sentimental person that I am, even this was way too soppy for me, IMHO. That said; Goodbye, Guardians.

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #8 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) revealing THE ASTRONAUT (ABOMINABLE EDITION) BY ALEX PARDEE X TOYQUBE, with which there's been different colorways of the 10-inch tall collectible figure released, but I've not seen one in-person since blogging about them.

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #7 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring CALENDARIO AZTECA - GOLD EDITION FROM THE BEAST BROTHERS, circa 2011.

This 8" custom release is an upsized incarnation of their 3" Dunny in the Dunny Azteca 2 series from Kidrobot. Been a minute since we had any Beast Brothers toynews on this blog.

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #6 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) showcasing "FVTHER" BY JEAA X PRESSPLAY MANILA (released 2020), with this 15-inch tall resin art sculpture in a run of only 8 numbered pieces worldwide.

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #5 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring HAROLD FS EDITIONS BY 3A TOYS, back in the toy-day where 3A Toys did the "multiple colorway"-thingie (very prevalent in Urban Vinyls / Art Toys during that era too), although to be fair, it's not just "slapping a different color" on the figure, but a full-on decal-listic, weathered paintwork that set the brand apart from everyone else during that time, IMHO. I never did own a HAROLD FS myself though... 15 editions of a 1/6-scaled WWR + a 1/12-scaled WWRp is hard to swallow for a basic collector like myself, cheers :)

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #4 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) showcasing a preview of artwork by Mumbot for her "GHOSTING THROUGH LIFE" solo gallery show at Rotofugi (circa March 2023).

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #3 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring a look at 18-inches tall TOFU-MOLLY BY DEVILROBOTS X KENNYSWORK X PLAY IMAGINATIVE, first on display at the 2008 Edition of Singapore Toy & Comic Con 2008 (the first incarnation of Comic Con, before "Games" was added to the title) ... with no doubt interest drummed up fro the announcement that Hong Kong artist Kenny Wong will be descending into Singapore for the coming Pop Toy Show 2023!

The last time I saw him in-person was in 2009 (alongside DEVILROBOTS), although he had been in SG after that, in 2019, alongside Pucky, but have never truly met him in-person, much less shake his hand or for a wefie LOL

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> #2 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) showcasing any 2008-blogpost "A FRATERNITY OF ASSASSINS", dedicated to assorted links to the "WANTED" feature film (ALL of whom are dead links, FYI), a live-action adapted from Mark Millar's graphic novel with the same name ... perhaps linked to folks' search for "Big Game" from Millarworld (Universe-wide storyline, which also is a sequel to "Wanted"). Thanks to @Dannymalt (video above), I understood the reference, cheers.

For cinephiles, The "Wanted" movie was directed by Timur Bekmambetov; a name I had come to adore for his Russian modern day vampire films "Night Watch" (2004 / Trailer above) and "Day Watch" (2006 / Trailer below)! But alas, with his Hollywood-debut project "Wanted", it proved to be a disappointment, at least for me, and stopped looking out for his name in movies, even though researching this blog-post, I recognised a few films I'd actually watched without knowing he was at the helm :p

CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE OF >>> THE #1 TOP BLOGPOST ON TOYSREVIL (THE PAST WEEK) featuring the third and Final Season ULTRAMAN ANIME currently streaming , for which I attribute this status due to the Opening theme (MV above: "RAYS," performed by NOILION×MIYAVI) and Ending theme posted. You cannot beat good OP/ED songs, I feel! Would it make me want to watch the series though? Hhhmmm
