Custom-Showcase: Jason Siu for Hot Toys x Iron Man CollARTible Expo (April 22-May 9)
Want to find out how Hong Kong designer Jason Siu turned a motorbike model-kit (as well as other parts) into a customed 1/6th-scaled Hot Toy Iron Man ~ currently on display at the Hot Toys x Iron Man CollARTible Expo event which saw a launch today at Miramar Shopping Center, Hong Kong [event-details]?
Dubbed: "Moon Speaker Battle Suit", the concept is based on a historical situation when the Chinese satellite in space orbit broadcasted music (which I suspect to be from "东方红一号" / circa 1970's) ~ which ties in perfectly to Jason's by-now iconic work with "music speakers", IMHO.
