Toy Review: 10YR Edition MADLs from MAD Toy Design

Jeremy Madl celebrates 10 years of MADLs with the release of two splendid pieces, a White on Black, and Black on White MADLs.
"A total of 120 sets were produced, but only 100 will be made available for collectors - Limited to 2 sets per order! Priced at only US$50 (plus shipping) and includes both figures, each with a custom printed drawstring bag. There's also a 2 color letter-pressed certificate that comes with the set. All are signed and numbered by Jeremy himself."

"The design of the figure was originally done in 2002, and was inspired by the birth of my first son. I developed the shape/ designs for a few months … In 2004 at SDCC the first "production" MAD*L's were released ... They were clear vinyl, and we only sold a handful of them. The rest of them I customized and sold to a few "new" retailers in the U.S. (MPH) and in Europe. Soon after SDCC 2004 Phase:1 dropped and the rest is history."Be a part of the MADL-toy history now and snag the pair! And feel free to Read More Here about the genesis of the MADL in my Q&A with Jeremy, and check out images of these figures, which features sweet crisp printing and something worthy in remembrance to mark the time of toys, IMHO.
Shown below-right is my very first MADL featuring design from Chris Lee; my prize in an online contest from back in 2006!

(Thanks for the awesomeness, Jeremy!)
