my take is very simple: "if you/your systems cannot handle the load and/or requirements of online transactions for a million-over taxpayers, then don't force coerce citizens to do them online."
i don't need to be slapped with a fine ($100) like i did the previous year becoz "their" computer-system screwed-up, innit?
other alternative reasoning:
(1) the system does not cater effectively for Macs. = then why the fcuk bother with any online systems at all?brand-racisim online-platforms should and must be crossed applicable, innit? either that or BUY ME a PC and i'd not utter another word of complaint (at least not on this here blog), innit? *twats*
(2) you should have done your e-filing sooner, than to grovel at the last moment = and the situation would've been different how? ... and face more days of this same response? WTF?
