unkl unipo series 3, 4 and wilco
UNKL sends word that their 2"-er UniPos Series 3 [blogged] and Series 4 [blogged] are now available [shop here] and includes 6"-er versions of their interplanetary space guys and freaky-freaks (diggin' the double-faced Demon *yup*):
also announced were the UNKL X Wilco series of 6-figures (now on pre-order for a June-drop) - with the UniPo'ed faces based on the Chicago-based band (wiki - below image-right)
personally im not really diggin' this series, but im sure tis a welcomed surprise to Wilco-fans and mayhap tis yet another step toward crossovers with the music industry, IMHO - meanwhile do peep LifeInABungalo's interview with UNKL folks here - including the genesis of the Wilco-series and plans for future projects = *neato*
