hot toy's 1/6 elizabeth swann
and so my "wish" has been granted, with the Hot Toy's release of the second series of the 1/6th Pirates Of The Carribean: At World's End Movie Masterpiece-figures (first: Jack Sparrow and Sao Feng): Elizabeth Swann.
i reckon the trick of movie-adaptation unto 1/6th, would primarily be the accurate-likeness of the celebrity it's based on (especially if it's a "official licensed" product), and in this instance, the Keira Knightly-sculpt is decent (without the obvious trademark-Keira 'pout' tho), frankly at certain angles (*heh*), IMHO - it remains to be seen if the final product retains this quality :p
"Elizabeth Swann" stands at 11"-ers tall complete with highly-detailed (and very appreciative of) costume; that has become a hallmark of Hot Toys in recent times = *cool*
slated for a 4th quarter/November 2007-drop, Elizabeth Swann retails for US$125 on SideShowToys and 19,800YEN (pre-order 16,500YEN) on Blister.jp [images via]
