I really wonder why it is that most (not all) US blockbuster movies constantly shows up the United States Military (or Law Enforcement) to be mostly a buncha clueless trigger-happy idiots who do not understand what it is that they are shooting at? Which they mostly miss anyways? ... Prime Example: The Incredible HULK - doesn't anyone understand the ramifications of shooting at a Gamma-irradiated personnel?
