TOUMA has designed brand new mascot characters (and logo) in the form of plush bears collectively known as DANKE SCHOEN [www]. The plushes are made by Ayumi Urayama (known in Japan for her collaboration with DEVILROBOTS) - with the Black bear named "DANKE", while the White bear is "SCHOEN". Beyond mere plush-products, the bears also has an underlying anti-"human rights abuse" message (Touma explains it at bottom of post).


Each bear-set comes with a large bear (26cm×15cm) and a mini-bear (12cm×8cm). A very limited first edition of 10-pcs per pair are available for 21,000YEN (US$213 / SGD$315) online here (Note: website is in Japanese). Plushes come with a leather-tag with serial number, and removable ribbon.

TOUMA adds: "The owner is seriously concerned about human rights abuse problems, including human trafficking, and she wants people to know and think about it. Through (this) project, she is trying to send this message (across). This is not merely an on-line bear shop. I totally sympathized (with) her idea, so I have joined."
