Few days ago TOYSREVIL posted about the "Call for Submissions" for Kotobukiya's upcoming venture in 2010; OTACOOL 2: WORLD WIDE COSPLAY.

"How to submit"? ~ some may ask ~ well, here's word from the organizers themselves!

KOTO-says: "We are planning to re-launch the OTACOOL OFFICIAL WEBSITE on January 9th and submissions will begin then on the website. So please make sure to keep an eye out on the site and we hope to make more announcements on OTACOOL 2 very soon!"
