Event: Mini NookaNooka Series 2 Launch & Veggiesomething Signing @ Rotofugi (June 5)
Saturday June 5th will see a "Mini NookaNooka Series 2 Launch & Veggiesomething Signing" @ Rotofugi in Chicago (from 12noon - 2pm) ~ with James Liu aka Veggiesomething on hand to sign his own 5.3 inch tall Nookanooka-design (below-right / previously posted about here).
Of his design, James mentions on his flickr: "I went for a varsity sports look and feel. I also wanted to encourage people to 'go! go!' and to 'never give up!' on their dreams in general. (like how an althlete preps and competes for that gold medal.). The original figure was designed by Matthew Wsaldman of Nooka."
