MAXX242 vs Jeff Soto BE@RBRICK Release & Japan Tour Party @ ZacPac (Oct 29)
ZacPac officially announces their exclusive BE@RBRICK set, featuring designs from MAXX242 and Jeff Soto, with a release scheduled on October 29th with a party in Tokyo ~ titled: "MAXX242 vs Jeff Soto INVADES JAPAN TOUR PARTY"! CLICK THRU for more images and event info.
Both BE@RBRICKS were first seen in public circa San Diego Comic Con (snaps via Hi-Fructose) and can now be pre-ordered online with just the set (2835yen), or Party Ticket with BE@RBRICKS (3100yen).
ZacPac mentions that both Jeff and Maxx242 used to belong to the same graffiti crew and have being friends over 20 years. As well they are super stoked with working on this project. In addition to the launch, both artists will be in Japan and will also be doing "live" painting. Included in the products released will be skate decks designed by them with the collaboration of REAL skateboards. While the live painting is in session, ZacPac will be having S.K.A.T.E game like the berrics. In addition 16 x japanese pro skaters will be in attendance. The chemistry of art x toy x skate x music = Looks to be a rad party to be had!
