TOYSREVIL: I like that you have group customs whenever you are involved in shows. Is there a method to the madness? What do you look for when you customize a form?

DOKTOR A: "The group sets in shows are there as a sort of entry level option. I am always trying to have work at all price points so hopefully anyone who wants something can find a piece in their price range.

I look for fairly basic forms which can take my core elements well in an uncluttered way."


PRODUCT-DETAILS: "Swarf Herders" are customized Marshall toys from Squibbles Ink + Rotofugi designed by 64 Colours. Each custom stands 3.5" tall and are made of Vinyl, Lead, Rubber, Polymer Clay, Found Objects. Swarf Herders are listed as SOLD.

WHO: Worker drones in the metal mills the Swarf Herders collect and shepherd the multitude of razor sharp metal shavings into safe corrals around the floors of the machine shops. If it were not for their tireless efforts the machinists would soon be overcome with the lethal shavings.
