Baby Doll & Amber from Sucker Punch in 1/6 from Hot Toys

My excitement for Sucker Punch figures from Hot Toys was pretty unbridled and the since the teaser snap featured earlier, I could not wait for the full-reveal! And now, my toy-wish has been granted! To mixed reactions… Witness BABY DOLL and AMBER in 1/6th-scale! Oh gosh will they be my first ever HT-purchases? (FACT: I do not own a single Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece figure, even tho I lord after them all these years).


And while the likeness of actresses Emily Browning and Jamie Chung seems slightly "off" on these figures (with the facial-sculpts looking somewhat "chubby"?), I cannot deny that they look absolutely splendid (like anyone wouldn't want a soft toy with fabric clothes of Baby Doll and Amber ion the palm of their hands ~ *cough*). Both figures stand approx. 28cm tall (2cm shy of the regular 12-inchers).



BABY DOLL's head-sculpt is by Yulli, while AMBER features - Head Sculpted by Song Hye Hyun (Both Head Painted by JC. Hong / Head Art Directed by Yulli). Both figures are scheduled for a 4th quarter 2011. Hope they'll be able to greet fans at next week's San Diego Comic Con (www) tho!
