Recruitment On For Super-Heroes & Super-Villains for *I LIKE TOYS*
I NEED YOUR HELP! Design and create a Superhero/Super-Villain / Superheroine/Super-Villainess / Super Animal / Super Robot - and have it picked to appear in the *I LIKE TOYS* fanzine (Issue #2).
A total of at least 5 characters will be picked for both the GOOD TEAM and the villainous LEGION OF DIREDOOM, and featured in *I LIKE TOYS* (and resulting materials). 3 to 4 characters will be picked by myself, and the 5th to be voted on by the public!

I am looking for a distinct "Art Toy" / "Designer Toy" character-style aesthetic, and the character should NOT be from an existing character (ie: NO Batmans or Spider-Mans), nor a colored variation of (ie: NO Batman in a Spider-Man outfit, nor a Batman-looking character in a Superman-suit etc).
It could literally be an existing character you own and have produced as an art toy, in Superhero-guise! Or it could just be a variation of - know that the Copyright of whatever character you submit belongs to YOU, and that whomever you submit to be included in *I LIKE TOYS* will only be used in conjunction with *I LIKE TOYS* and it's resulting promotions and materials. In no way will you be compensated - financially or otherwise - for your design at any stage of the submission and use.
Humor is encouraged, irony is thinly tolerated. "Captain Toaster" with the power to toast slices of white-bread has no space in this team! Hey, I love "Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew" as much as the next guy, okay? And we're also prod to be "villains", so stay proud too! lol
Size: 148mm x 210mm (Portrait-format) x 300 pixels (size including border, I will photoshop-in the border, no worries)

No restrictions to number of entries. This is more "recruitment" AKA "Call for Submissions", rather than a "contest" (if you know what I mean). You have two weeks from now to send them in!
