KAWS Companion for Marcy's Thanksgiving Day Parade 2012

Frankly, I was not too impressed when image of the drawing for a KAWS Companion for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was shown all over the net … but seeing the actual float (since posted on Wall Street Journal), along with human scale, gives me a different perspective. Pretty impressive - because of the size - but even moreso, perhaps an inspiration for character design such as his, to be made "real" and "large", IMHO.
