"This custom Bode Broad was created for a collector on commission. She is the Starbucks Mascot. FYI the Starbucks mascot is not a Mermaid but a Siren (or more correctly a Melusine) Notice the double tails.

This piece was created with polymer clay, sculpted foam, acrylic paint and a surprisingly appropriate medium – coffee. Coffee was used to stain the wooden base and to age the sculpture itself. Needles to say the piece gives off a comforting aroma adding to the overall experience of the piece." ~mentioned Mr. The Sanders.
