I've always wanted to operate a store selling comics, actually, and years later when I started into the realms of toys (first with 1/6, then art toys, and the rest be history), the shop would also be stuffed to the sheaves with toys!
Truth be told, while lying in my hospital bed for Stroke back in October 2010, the notion of owning a tangible brick-n-mortar - where I could wheel about the narrow aisles in my wheelchair - was pretty much an obsession filling my mindscape every other moment I was lying in bed, looking up at the ceiling - which was frankly, a lot of time spent doing so.
Fast forward to me helming a booth at STGCC 2012 and on my feet for most of the time, chatting with people and hustling toys, oh man, I cannot imagine running a space selling stuff 24/7! And as for running an online shop, I reckon I'm doing a piss-poor job of after-sales service ;p
So it is with respect that I present both listings for "Finalists for Best Toy Store" and "Finalists for Best Online Toy Store".
Out of the list, I have only partake of two online stores: Rotofugi and Tenacious Toys, so they'll be sharing my vote(s).
