"Toooba" by Wood Candy Workshop for #DesignerCon 2015
After a swell round of teasers, Cameron Tiede gives us a headsup of one of his figures for Designer Con 2015: "TOOOBA"!
Designed and handmade in Flower Mound Texas, "Toooba" comes in 3 variants - "Silly", "Sleepy" and "Surly" - with the faces being different (Surly is the one pictured). Standing 8 inches tall, the wood figure features 3 points of articulation. Toooba is in a limited edition of 27 (total number of all 3 variants combined). Price is as yet revealed.
Handcrafted with inlaid details, comprised of 4 species of Hardwood Cherry, Walnut, Maple and Padauk. Hand Rubbed in Satin Finish Oil and Topped off with Beeswax, oiled, waxed and bagged, and comes in a Muslin Sack each.
