FUCKAIJU x NU-DE Toy Salon 2018 is scheduled to launch on September 2nd for a one-day only event hosted by Vintage and Vinyl Club (3rd Floor, 7 Mallory Street, Wan Chai, HONG KONG) - featuring nearly 40 Hong Kong and international designers - some previews of whom are featured here today!

And while the event itself is scheduled from 12noon to 6pm, do note that "Priority Entry" will be determined by lottery, while "general admission" is from 1:30pm onwards. So if you are gagging to get your favs, READ the passage below!
"PRIORITY ENTRY: order of entry will be determined by drawing lots at event venue from 10am to 11am. (Please note that only 120 priority entry quota will be available). Guests with priority entry ticket should queue up according to their entry order number for admission at 11:40am (at 11:40 AM TO 3 / F, shun queue 12:00 pm start man field)."

These are a particular genre of collectibles I am wholly unfamiliar with (my loss :p), except for select artists/brands familiar with this blog (seen at the bottom of this selection), which in turn gives me both a SMILE for recognition, and CURIOSITY for the names and works not usually on my toy-radar ... maybe one day I'll be able to delve further into "their" world, instead of me enjoying my own :)
