"Flora" by Muxxi for Kidrobot's "Spiritus Dea" Revealed (Drops Sept 27)
"Flora" is the goddess of flowers and spring. She brings beauty and harmony to the world and collects seeds with her magical cape to spread across the world and transform every place into a floral paradise. The inspiration for this colorful, ornate design was simple.
"I love nature so much that I couldn't resist playing with that theme. Since the beginning I knew that I wanted to create a goddess who represented that." - shared designer Muxxi (muxxi.me / Instagram).
FLORA is seen above flanked by Marylou Faure's APHRODITE (on-left), and Candie Bolton's BASTET (featured HERE), with the three x 3-inch tall Dunnys apart of the "LIFE" equation of the series.
Kidrobot's "Spiritus Dea" releases Friday, September 27th at 10am MT on Kidrobot.com and at select retailers.
"SPIRITUS DEA – “spirit of the goddess” in Latin – unites 12 different artists and Goddesses under one common theme: the rebirth of justice. Whether worshipped for creation or destruction, protection or war, chaos or fate, or even life and death – the goddesses in Spiritus Dea maintain essential roles within the greater celestial world, capturing the unseen force of will within each of us that anticipates their long-awaited return."(Additional image from blog.kidrobot.com)
