Introducing gagatree's "OBOT Galaticandy" for WaterB (Singapore River Cruise)


The concept of a "theme boat" first originated from brand consultancy firm Creaxis, with Singapore River Cruise Operator WaterB's first "themed" boat featuring the World of Tokidoki (which I featured HERE), and now a year later, there will be 4 themed boat rides, with gagatree's "OBOT" being the focus of the second boat to be launched!

UPDATE: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" / "TMNT" and "Spongebob Squarepants" have been revealed to be the 3rd and 4th themes.


The theme is "OBOT Galaticandy", where riders are taken on a sweet candy galactic-ride cross the universe - or at least be emerged in the magical colors, as they peruse the sights and sounds of the Singapore River. Featured here are snaps and video of the cruise boat decor - both exterior and interior!
"OBOT is considered lucky, as the client choose OBOT because firstly it is locally designed, and secondly, the client loves the OBOT design, and hopes to let more tourists know about OBOT." - shared Lester Lim, co-founder of gagatree.


Starting at the WaterB kiosk in Liang Court, the journey will next lead to Boat Quay and Marina Bay Sands. Rides are scheduled to start this weekend, so you might want to stay connected to Instas @waterbcruise and/or @gagatree_sg for exact start dates/times!
