Dolly Oblong x Kidrobot's DAIROBO B Drops December 13th
Available Friday December 13th on Kidrobot.com are new character(s) in Dolly Oblong's "Dairobo" universe (which started with "Dairobo Z"), featuring "DAIROBO B" with dissected mechanical-skeletal-innards on a 5-inch tall half-ray Dunny, and they are looking mighty awesome from where I am at behind the desktop monitor!
Two editions to be had, with the Yellow being the regular edition, while the Green is exclusive to Kidrobot.com, in a run of 300pcs. Both with a SRP of US$49.88 each.
Being a "Kamen Rider"-fan, I appreciate the homage aesthetics, and check out that "Baldwin"-shaped "heart" on the figure, which @dollyoblong mentioned to be GID/"glow-in-the-dark"! Pretty spiffy touch! And if you do not know by now, "Baldwin" is the principal character designed by Dolly Oblong, as sculpted by @muffinmansculpts (who spotted said "heart")!
I am personally a huge fan of Kidrobot's cyborg/robot-parts-figures, which has in the past including Cyborg Labbits & Dunnys, Mecha Labitters, and exo-mcha suits like Huck Gee's Penelope McStompsalot (ridiculously high on my "Toy-Wants-List)... Would be pretty intense one day of ever Kidrobot releases diecast metal robot-parts...! But for now? CHROME that ish! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAA
