TOP TEN BLOGPOSTS ON TOYSREVIL for 2025
"TOP TEN BLOGPOSTS ON TOYSREVIL" was a weekly serial feature I've had on the blog for the past few years, with the last one dated September 22nd 2025, before I decided to enact a "hiatus"... until now!
With the end of "2025" around the corner, I'd thought to check in and share what had been the "TOP TEN BLOGPOSTS ON TOYSREVIL for 2025 for "2025"!
The placing on the "TOP TEN" were based on statistical record (on the blog), which in turn were based on the amount of click-thrus from readers, hence had been decided by YOU, and not of my own volition! For this particular "Top Ten", I had referred to the recorded lists based on the past "12 Months", with this list dated "Friday December 26th", cheers.
Ironically lists predominantly TOY REVIEWS & UNBOXING = a direction which I had wanted to focus on in 2025, but did not / could not fully execute ... that'll be the aim for the coming "2026" though, but that'll keep for the time being, cheers.

Having seen WIPs and variations of HAWTHORN on instagram.com/fionangart, I snagged the first ever colorway of the 4" tall vinyl figure (Celadon Pearl colorway / made by Mile High Sofubi), direct from her eShop, and here we are!
Hawthorn is not the only "Berry Adventurer", and I hope to add "Juniper" to keep him company! ... Both FULLY PAINTED too if I could have my way!

This was one of two figures I managed to pick-up at the local toy-shop, and regrettably so, had been unable to procure more! Even now I hardly see any unopened boxes locally, even secondary market spots too! HERE is my other unboxing, cheers.
Having been a fan of South Korea-based collective Hands In Factory since their "Running Horns" days, THIS release from Pop Mart caught me by surprise, and alas when my finances where in dire straits, so they remain a "WANT" & "Maybe One Day" in my book.

I was gifted this circa Pop Toy Show Sin galore 2023, with this guy being my favourites of Sapien Toy Studio's character creations! Whenever I hold the figure, I would stare at it longer than I have to (#truestory) LOL

By the time I was clued in, and could barely afford it, the series had essentially run out in Singapore! And it was not until the creator Lang was to attend the inaugural Pop Toy Show SG in 2023, that stock somehow made their way to local stores (or at least that's my "speculation"), so I could at lease pick up a few boxes!

The connect I have for this figure was that back in 2015, I had released the RESIN-made "Red Tide" Edition TEQMON, as part of my "10X10"-exclusive releases, apart of TOYSRERVIL's 10th Anniversary, and this current TEQMON from QUICCS iOS such a fabulous toy-evolution, methinks!
The story is, I actually missed this figure at the show, and had actually contacted Carlo (from the BUlletpunk-Crew) and directly asked for the figure - something I've "never"(ish) done in my 20 years of blogging - to which they generously organised for!
