saturday toys beige fireman uniform

the thing about Saturday Toys-releases are that they are generally more "clothing/uniform"-based than "equipment/gear-provider" (currently, anyways), unlike VeryHot. and many 1/6th collectors don't recognize and accept that seem to have quite a big issue with that.

this new Beige Fireman outfit is one prime example. it comes as it is, in two different (well, not at all that different) sets, with just the uniform. and the breakout item of the (their) moment; a teddy bear. [via]

the reality (have been using that term way too much recently) is such that Saturday Toys-items are geared towards the kitbasher (with Hot Toys gear in find to fit :p) and NOT the complete-figure collector. and if this be what they can offer for now, then so be it. one'll haveta kitbash gear (ie: helmet, boots) and equipment from somehwhere else then ... lucky i've got a stash! *muahahaha*
