DRAWING TITLE: "Inspector Cumulus vs the Windy City"
THE THOUGHT BEHIND THE ART: "When I sat down to do a sketch of this guy, it occurred to me that he'd have a pretty hard time of it in a gale. If I had it to do again, or if I do another pass on this particular drawing, I'd like to squash his hat down even further toward his shoulders to better maintain the volume I took in stretching his head out so far back."
