Most Memorable SDCC Moment from The Sucklord

"The con as usual, was epic for the Sucklord, and as evidenced by the photos. It was all WINNING all the time. The specific highlights related to individual moments of ego-victory are all equally THE BEST memories and I won't attempt to single out one. The whole con from beginning to end was one giant highlight and this will go down as the best-con-ever for the Sucklord, and there have been many good ones.

However, I would have to point out one episode as the most transcendental. That was when all the die-hards still going after the Dragatomi party on the last night broke into the grotto pool at the Marriott and swam our asses off. We frolicked in the water feeling on each other until security kicked us out.  I often think of heaven as being in water with my friends, free of cares. To feel that bliss was so many worlds away from the chronic toil and isolation that goes into making all the fucking toys that got me here in the first place.

What's the point of all that if there is no human payoff? Sure money is nice, but if I wanted just money this would not be the business I would be in. I do this shit to be with people. To have something to share and offer other people so I  might have a chance to connect and get invited to a fucking pool party once in a while. So it happened, the con was done, the money was made, it was all coming to an end.

A group of us, including J-Ryu, The Dragatomi Fam, Ritzi Periwinkle, DrilOne, Jason Sutton, A little Stranger, Chris Ryniak and Marc from Onell Design, took our clothes off and swam together under palm trees on a beautiful San Diego night after beating down yet another epic Comic-Fucking-Con!" ~shares The Sucklord.
