Tara McPherson & The Cotton Candy Machine at Singapore Comic Con 2019
Featured here are snaps of Tara McPherson / The Cotton Candy Machine's booth at the recent Singapore Comic Con 2019, whom I visited not longer after the "I Want To Make Toys, How ah?" panel, and had narrowly missed her at the booth, but I had been pretty excited to meet Sean Leonard as well, just very simply to shake the hand of the man who introduced and presented my Best Blog award at the 2011 Designer Toy Awards, and of course thank him - which I did!
Besides the debut release of her Mighty Jaxx exclusive SKULL FLOWER (made with ToyQube) and display debut of "BLOOM" (made with Mighty Jaxx, the Ultraviolet colorway of STELLA AND FLUX (made with Tomenosuke) where also available (*So close and yet so far away from my grubby hands AAARRRRRRRR), not to mention the dazzling array of her art!
Here's hoping Tara will return to SGCC soon, so I could score some prints, sketches and toys!
