peep this WIP proto-sculpt teaser of "PUTO"!
an exclusive Philippine inspired toy created by Huck Gee (looks inspired by his icon/avatar, IMHO = *coolness*), with a signing and launch to be held @ The Embassy, CUISINE (on Borgy Manotoc's HAPPY MONDAYS) - in collaboration with freshMANILA on 02.04.08 (February 4, 2008/Monday @ 10pm), PUTO will be available for purchase right there on the show itself!

Why PUTO? Huck says: "It's a play on words, a mix up of Spanish slang, old Italian and Philippino. In Italian "Putto" is the name of the cute little babies with wings that showed up in renaissance period paintings. "Puto" is Spanish for male prostitute/bitch. And in the Philippines PUTO is a cute white dessert, a tasty filipino steamed rice cake and is very, very popular. Yum." = *yumz indeed!*

standing approx. 7-8 inches tall, the final colorway will be in "bronze" and limited to only 100-pcs worldwide @ 3,500php (US$86) ... no news yet whether any pieces would be available to fans online tho ~ *stay tuned for more info*
