Coraline Button Box
Fifty CORALINE Mystery "Gift" Boxes were sent to bloggers around the world (including my humble self) a short while back, as promotion for the Henry Selick-directed 3D-animated movie CORALINE [www] based on the Neil Gaiman-written novella. Animation studio LAIKA was the generous gifter for all. But has the gifting actually ended?
Laughing Squid had only just received (circa Dec 22nd) a handmade Button Box (shown above) from "The Other Mother" (aka the parallel reality-version of Coraline's real mother - but with button-eyes) - including a note from said-character.
*Noice*. Tis unknown at this point who else will be receiving any Button Boxes, nor is there a specific quantity allocated for it. Cross your fingers folks! CORALINE premieres February 6th, 2009.
