Moon Fox by Sergey Safonov
MOON FOXES are mysterious sleeping floating creatures met by Gooma on his way to deep north. They floating with the moon light and existing only at the night part of the world.
Moon Fox is the first character in a small series dubbed "Moon Wanderers", and is a supporting character in a Gooma book that Moscow-based creator Sergey Safonov (of Lunohod-1) is currently working on. [flickr]
Character was designed by Sergey and was sculpted in collaboration with Crazy Label prototyping and development office (as is Sergy's GOOMA in vinyl! - proto last seen @ TTF'08). Sergey also mentions: "I will be working on this toy this year at my home studio and will make a small run of them this summer as well as next characters in moon wanderers series." ~ Good luck, Sergey - and looking forward to more Moon Fox!
