We first posted about the visual review of a brand new 3A Toys Catalog included in boxed toys from ThreeA Toys , now keep a keen eye lookout for the "Adventure Kartel" version, with these couple of images showing artwork instead of the previous toy-releases. Nifty.
C'mon, I love steampunk imagery and constructs. Tis too bad there doesn't seem to be a steampunk community in Singapore, but nevertheless keep my passion for the craft close to my chest. But these "Cast Googles" from Miss Monster seems irresistible not to post about. Made in cast plastic, leather, glass eye and old vacuum tubes, the above completed version will be made available via missmonster.bigcartel.com, as well blank DIY versions of this sculpt going for sale from Feb 9th. "Yes you can see out of them. Wearable, lightweight and can be shaped to the wearer's face via heat application."
UPDATED: The "X-131 cast steampunk biomech goggles" is now available, as well comes in a variety of finishes, with the above fully-colored and decked out version currently sold out in the store (*gasp*), and two other "raw" versions sans the frills (one comes with eyes-holes drilled out, one without). *Awesum*
