And while we have not see much toy custom-paints from artist Ken Keirns, he has been busy with a slew of gallery showings, with his next solo show happening March 12th @ Gallery 1988 Venice in Southern California. Ken adds: "So In just a few short days I'm making the drive down to Los Angeles to prepare for my solo show at Gallery1988 Venice. I've participated in a number of group shows with them (in SF and Melrose) over the last few years and I'm excited about sharing my latest body of work with you. "Alone With Ghosts" is a collection of new oil paintings that focuses on mostly solitary figures that exist within quiet landscapes. Sometimes, the occasional strange accessory or memento may make an appearance."
