Superhero-Sunday: Smallville Ends After A Decade On Television

SMALLVILLE-SUPERMAN

After a decade, SMALLVILLE the tv series ends, and we see Tom Welling finally donning the Super Man suit, possibly jumping off the Daily Planet building. I've never had the opportunity to follow the series, but an end to a long running series is always a sad thing (and saying goodbye to Kristin Kreuk, more like). This seems an episode worth watching. Darkseid invading Earth? Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow gets posed by Darkseid? And marries Chloe?

SuperheroHype has plenty of screengrabs, although io9.com thinks otherwise (but they've loads of video coverage and story synopsis). The above shirt-tearing (velcro works better than buttons, dude) can be seen online on YouTube (unembeddable unfortunately).

In lieu if this happenstance, I am dedicating the entire Sunday today to be SUPERHERO-SUNDAY on TOYSREVIL! (Hey, I lurve superheroes and villains, and tis also a chance for me to geekout along with friends and readers, innit? WIN!)
