Silent Wonderment: Exploring the World of Giant Robot @ Vincent Price Art Museum (April 23 - July 2, 2016)

Launched Saturday, April 23rd at the Vincent Price Art Museum (VPAM) at East LA College, is the group exhibition "Silent Wonderment: Exploring the World of Giant Robot". Exhibiting thru July 2, 2016, featured here are a select few images of artworks to expect (more on Flickr).
"What will you see in Silent Wonderment: Exploring the World of Giant Robot? It’s pieces of the wondrous world of Giant Robot in various disciplines of contemporary art, indie publishing, vinyl toy figures, and the spaces in between." (Read more here on Facebook)

after spending 6weeks on my new installation "hope it will reach you eventually..." it is really close to be completed. this installation focuses on the part of written communication culture which is quickly disappearing in our everyday life, due to modern technology of texting, emailing and social network sites. even though there are advantages of convenience and quickness of digital communication, some feelings and thoughts are better to be expressed through hand written words. so with this specific interactive installation I wanted to create a space where people are encourage to write a personal letter to someone they love and care. so come join us this saturday at @vpam_arts for our opening "silent wonderment" and write a letter to someone you care:)
